Rantoul Foods was created when the owners of Trim-Rite Foods purchased the former Meadowbrook Farms Facility in Rantoul Illinois on September 17th, 2010. “We are pleased to have this opportunity and are looking forward to being a productive member of the Rantoul community. It is our goal, with the addition of new equipment from Europe, to make this plant the finest and most modern hog processing facility in the United States. Utilizing the European process we will build ‘quality’ into every hog carcass we process” said President James Jendruczek.

This state of the art harvesting facility, located in the heartland of America, will service customers from all over the world with pork customized to their exacting specifications. Rantoul Foods will benefit from the experience and relationships that our Carpentersville personnel have built throughout the years. The very same focus and attention to detail that Trim-Rite is known for will be the hallmark of Rantoul Foods as well.

Trim-Rite Foods and Rantoul Foods will be sister companies servicing the Retail, Foodservice, Further Processing and Export Markets with fresh and frozen pork.
